The interview

  • 30–40 minutes with two operators from the team
  • We dig into problem, customer, previous attempts and your decision-making
  • You may get a short take-home exercise if needed

The decision

  • You hear from us within 10 days
  • If accepted, you receive the offer, term sheet and onboarding pack

Join the Club

Onboarding week

  • Meet your core squad and mentor leads
  • Set your first 30-day objectives and KPIs
  • Tools, access and workspace assigned

    Yes, you can apply as a team. We encourage teams of 2-3 co-founders to apply together to increase your chances of success.
